Teams runs on enterprise-level security with end-to-end encryption. Page analysis still happens on each person's own device; anything that syncs is encrypted in transit and at rest. The organisation gets oversight without ever exposing what any one person browsed.

Opt-in analytics

Choose what you surface. Teams can opt into showing the websites and categories visited and blocked the most across the org — aggregated insight that reveals where attention goes, never individual browsing logs. If you'd rather see nothing, you don't have to turn it on at all.

Detailed reporting

When analytics are enabled, you get reporting in real detail — top sites, top blocked categories, and focus trends rolled up across teams. It's the visibility leadership wants, built on shared goal progress rather than surveillance of any single employee.
